HASCO purchased this 133-unit apartment complex in 1998 to provide affordable workforce housing in its 1- and 2-bedroom units. After 20 years, it was in dire need of exterior and interior updates to ensure that it could continue to serve Snohomish County residents for decades to come. Improvements included new siding, exterior stairs, and attic venting; and an array of interior upgrades, such as new cabinets, counters, and fixtures.
Congratulations to project partner Synergy Construction, for receiving a National Excellence in Construction Award at the 2019 national convention of the Associated Builders and Contractors for its Westend Apartments renovation!
