Permanent Supportive Housing for Individuals Coming out of Homelessness

Andy’s Place | Everett, WA

Compass Health is a community-based healthcare agency that integrates behavioral health and medical care services to support clients and communities. Providing new homes in concert with direct service space to allow this comprehensive approach to care was the primary goal in designing Andy’s Place.

Andy’s Place provides 81 studios and one 3-bedroom unit, plus extensive common areas, serving 82 low-income individuals with chronic mental illness in a 46,877-square-foot facility. Intensive on-site support services include case management and a meal service program. The $26 million building also houses the Growth Center, which offers case management, counseling, mental health, and medical services to Compass Health non-residential clients.
