This workforce housing project at the gateway to the 12th Avenue commercial corridor includes 40 one- and two-bedroom apartments, street-level retail, and basement parking. The Jefferson’s bold design is representative of the eclectic community where it is located, and sets a precedent for high-quality development in this evolving neighborhood. The project is designed to reinforce the pedestrian nature of the streets by allowing flexible commercial space for small business owners, in keeping with other neighborhood businesses.
