The Patricia K Apartments includes affordable housing units for individuals with chronic mental illness who are exiting homelessness. Patricia K includes intensive on-site support services, a day center serving non-residential Community House clients with a meals program, case management, mental health and medical services. The second floor houses administrative offices for Community House. Patricia K is adjacent to Jackson Heights, which provides affordable workforce family housing with a mix of studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments and ground floor retail space.
