Alexis DeJarlais

Project Manager

Alexis’s (she/her) pursuit of a career in architecture stems from her fascination by the ways in which people interact with their homes. Her belief in the need for every person to have a well-designed space within which to build their homes and lives drew her to Environmental Works. At Montana State University, she focused her research efforts on community-based housing solutions and the impact of participatory design. She is committed to utilizing design as a tool for community empowerment, and is excited to be starting her career in an environment devoted to serving the people, and places that surround it.

Outside of work Alexis can be found playing in the mountains, jogging with her dog, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending time with her friends. She is new to the Pacific Northwest, and can’t wait to see what adventures lie ahead.
