KIDDER WAY by OPAL Community Land Trust creates 10 new townhomes to provide affordable homeownership for Orcas Islanders. Construction is wrapping up, and the grand opening is planned for late fall.

Permitting is nearly complete, and Islands Roots Housing is getting ready for groundbreaking on GENERATIONS PLACE. This project represents Langley’s first new affordable apartments in over 35 Years, and will support those who live and work on Whidbey Island.

ORCAS ISLAND RESOURCE CENTER Groundbreaking celebration Project is a combined supportive campus with 21 units of housing, food, and support services, and a community center.
