Remodel/addition to a dilapidated house in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle. New construction includes the living/dining room and kitchen and a second floor master suite. The original first floor was converted into two bedrooms, a bath and storage space. The house was designed in the craftsman style and the new spaces were oriented to a southerly view of Lake Union and downtown Seattle.
