Resource Center
The Family Resource Center in Oak Harbor is a multi-use facility housing a community health clinic, offices for the county health department, and various social services offices. Goals for this project included: consolidation of several services into one facility, barrier free access, and the use of residential construction techniques and detailing to blend with the adjacent neighborhood.
