Kateri Court

Kateri Court is a new affordable housing project in Bellingham’s central core. Four floors of housing sit above retail spaces at street level, with underground parking below. The housing is a mix of studio and one-bedroom apartments. Each apartment is designed to provide ample natural light. The design of the building complements the existing character of Bellingham’s downtown and the commercial level reinforces the pedestrian nature of the street. The project is designed to achieve a LEED Gold rating through the US Green Building Council. Sustainable elements include a heat recovery ventilation system, low-flow toilets and faucets, low VOC finishes and recycled content materials.
