La Casa de la Familia Santa Family Housing provides new affordable housing for 46 families employed in the farming industry, located in the town of Centralia in SW Washington. The project is a six building development with a combination of two and three story structures organized around a south facing courtyard/playarea. There is a mixture of one, two and three bedroom units with each designed around an exterior patio or deck. The project includes a separate Commons Building housing a meeting room, two staff offices, a computer room, common laundry and storage space. |
